Nurisam Inc. (“Nurisam” below) provides its service to you managed by Megazone Inc. (“Megazone” below).

Upload, post, email and transmit or otherwise make available of any Content such as images, photographs, software, any other files which have legal rights and licenses (or trade secret or any regulations having the force of law) that does not have any part of your intellectual property or any authority of managing the property.
Upload, post, email and transmit or otherwise make available of any materials that contain software viruses, damaged files or any other files or programs designed to interrupt of any other’s computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment
Infringe any others copyrights, licences, patent, trade secret, any other properties abusing with any publicly available data or contents
Advertise, suggest sales and purchase any other product or contents except in the area that is allowed for telecommunication Service for profit-making
Email and transmit or otherwise make available unauthorized research, match game, unsolicited pyramid schemes or chain letters
Download any Content posted by other users that the way of distribute is or implies against law.
Delete or forge data, software source, the origin of any Content, copyright, various legal regulations, licence
Disrupt or make unavailable to other users of the Service
Do any actions against TOS or certain telecommunication regulations.
Collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct
Do any actions against the related law, regulations or TOS
Create fake ID designed to counterfeit any others.
You must also use telecommunication service under the Terms of Service.
Megazone does not have any obligations about monitoring materials posted on the Service but has own rights to review or delete any Content under the terms of Service. Also, Megazone has the right of stopping the access of the whole or some of telecommunication service at any time.
Megazone has its own right to edit, reject for posting and remove the whole or part of data or materials of the Service according to related laws, regulations, procedures and request by government at any time.
You must be always careful whenever you give personal information about yourself or about your family to the Service and through the Service. Megazone disclaims any Content, messages and information from telecommunication service therefore, Megazone clearly disclaims any other liabilities created by various activities and telecommunication services. Administrator and host headers are not the representatives of Megazone and their views may be different from Megazone’s.
Materials downloaded from telecommunication service may be restricted about using, posting and transmitting, and you will be solely responsible for any restricted rules about the materials.
You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary software which are available for download in connection with the Service ("Software" below) which Megazone and/or third party own that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that use of the Software may be applied for the section of licence contract (“licence” below) which is provided with the Software together or included into the Software. To use the Software, you must agree with the Software licence first.
In case of that Software does not have any licence, Megazone grants the personal right to the users that are allowed to use the Service and cancel the personal account under the condition of that the users understand and agree the provisions of copyright and other patents. All kinds of Software are properties of Megazone and/or the providers and are protected by them under the licence law and provisions of international agreement.
You acknowledge and agree that you are strictly restricted to copy or distribute Software, if you do not agree you will be punished under the civil and criminal actions. The offender may have prosecution by the maximum penalty allowable by law. Apart from that, for the purpose of recopying or redistributing Software to the another server or place is also strictly prohibited.
Software may be protected in the limit of the sections of the Service Contract at any time. All software and related document and/or information technology may be applied USA trade regulations and rules.
You understand and agree that you must not export or re-export any software and any document and/or information technology related to the software to the county directly or indirectly which is not allowed to under the USA trade laws.
Any data, software, materials and service of may have inaccurate contents or errors in writing. These terms will be changed periodically and Megazone and/or any service providers have the rights to change and renovate Service of Nurisam at any time.
Megazone and/or the providers do not deliver their opinions about fitness, reliance, utility, timing, accuracy about information, software, material, service and graphics. Those information, software, product, related graphics are provided on an “as
are” basis without any warranties.
Megazone and/or the providers disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to any implied warranties and conditions about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and proprietary rights, non-infringement through Terms of Service.
You understand and agree that Megazone is not liable for any files, data or your transmissions of materials or data, obtained or sent from the use of the Service and transaction histories and unauthorized access to files or alteration of your transmissions of data and files.
You strongly agree that Megazone has no responsibility or liability for any threatening, insult, sexuality, attack and any actions which infringes any law, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
Furthermore, you expressly understand and agree that Megazone is not responsible for any materials posted or transmitted by you or third party through or from the Service..
If you have any complaints about the whole or any part of this Service or the Terms of Service of Nurisam you may have only one choice to stop using our service.
You may use game Services and other activities without payment of service through Nurisam connected with your account or devices. However, Nurisam charges fees about premium game and other related activities about games. To participate in these kinds of activities, you must have your own account of Nurisam and you must pay service fees or other related fees about the use of Service.
In case of that you need to pay for connecting certain parts of Service and getting the service of certain games, related information will be posted on Nurisam.
Megazone has the right to exchange fees or billings about Service at any time and you are responsible for reviewing any changes about your fees and payment methods. If you use our service from the date the changes are posted, you understand and agree that Nurisam will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the changes from that point onwards.
If you do not agree with any changes, then you can cancel and stop using the service, however we do not refund any fees about your use before the changes took place and any amount of the fees in proportion your use
For your payment about Service you may pay by PayPal, point or coupon.
Flat fee will be charged with $1.95 when you make payments by PayPal which is not related to Nurisam. If you don’t have PayPal account, you can open an account for free at www.paypal.com.
You may purchase Content by your point endorsed by Nurisam and cannot provide it to others.
You may purchase Content by coupon from Nurisam. You cannot use any out-of-date coupon and cannot grant your coupon to others
Nurisam may offer free trial offer about certain games and activities. While we offer free Content for trial to you, you may charge fees for web browsing, phone charge, any wireless and other services that require the use of airtime and data services. You cannot grant your right to free trial to anybody.
All Content within the Services of Nurisam is owned by Megazone and/or the provider which such content originated.
